Karin Kohlweg – About me
For more than 15 years I have been working in project management, monitoring and evaluation and supported ministries, international organizations, scientific institutes, NGOs, agencies and other institutions.
As part of my assignments I manage or implement different types of analysis, studies, reviews, evaluations, meta-evaluations, synthesis-evaluations or peer reviews. I support different organizations to improve their monitoring and evaluation-systems, guide them to plan more results-oriented in order to increase the impact of their projects and programmes.
Additionally, I revise evaluation standards, strategies, guidelines, formats and other project management tools.
Being registered as a management consultant and a certified adult education trainer, I also moderate workshops, conduct trainings, give talks and teach at different universities.
